Shanghai Alpha Machinery Co., Ltd is a Canada investment enterprise in China with high-new technique in the field of material science application. It is the first one in China that specially design and manufacture bimetallic barrel and screw. Now it is also the first one in China to research and develop PM-HIP technology to manufacture high-wear special alloy bush which fixes inside Segment barrel of Twin screw extruder.

         As a very important replace materials, plastic and rubber are used more and more. Therefore, various modified plastic is used widespread. For instance, some limestone, kaoline, silica, etc are added into plastic for modifying, some glass fiber, carbon fiber, boron fiber are added into plastic for enhancement. Due to putting these filler and reinforcer, the plastic's characteristics are changed. That makes plastic suitable for special purpose.

         But on the other hand, it could make the machinery heart - Barrels and screwsto be seriously corroded and worn. This case will cost much time and manpower to repair or replace these parts. The production will go down.
